All fields are required, plus a phone number if you share it in the directory.

How it works

1. When you move in, the board delivers an authorization code to your home.

2. Create your account here with your address and that code. Everyone in your household can use the same code to create their own account.

3. Confirm your email address with the link we send you. Then your account is ready.

4. When you move away, a moderator turns your account off, and the next owner gets a new code.
