Do I need approval to paint my house or build a fence?
Most exterior changes need approval first. Submit an architectural change request from the Forms page and wait for a response before starting work.
When are dues due, and how do I pay?
Dues are $40 a month, due on the 1st. Signed-in residents can pay online from the Dues page.
When is trash and recycling pickup?

Who do I call about a broken street light?

Can I rent out my home?
Leasing rules are in the Covenants. Check the Leasing section.
How do I get a resident account?
When you move in, the board delivers an authorization code to your home. Everyone in the household can use it with your address on the Create account page to make their own account. Accounts are turned off when residents move away, and the next owner gets a new code.
Who can see the neighborhood directory?
Only residents who join it. Join from My account. Your name and address are always listed, and you choose whether to also share your email and phone number. You only see the details you share: share your email to see other residents' emails, and your phone to see their phone numbers. To come off the directory, choose Remove me from Directory on My account, and a moderator will take you off.
How do I get on the board or a committee?
Board elections happen at the annual meeting. Contact the board any time if you want to help on a committee.
