How the Parmley Cove Homeowners Association handles the information residents share on this site.
What we collect
When you create an account: your name, street address, email, and password.
If you choose to: a phone number for the directory, your email preferences, and anything you post or send, such as Community Posts, For Sale listings, comments, photos, poll votes, and forms.
How we use it
To confirm that you live in Parmley Cove, run the website, send the emails you signed up for, and handle the requests and forms you send to the board.
Who can see it
Other residents see your name on things you post. If you join the directory, other listed residents see your name and address, plus your email or phone only if you choose to share them, and only residents who share the same details can see them. Moderators and board members can see account details so they can manage accounts. Board members see the forms you submit. Visitors who aren't signed in can't see any resident information.
What we never do
We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. We share it outside the association only if the law requires it.
You only get the announcement emails you choose, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can change your choices on My account.
Deleting your information
You can delete your account at any time from My account. This removes your profile, directory listing, email preferences, posts, listings, comments, photos, poll votes, and submitted forms from the website. When you move away, a moderator turns off your account. Copies of forms already emailed to the board may be kept with association records.
Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, and the site uses a secure connection. The board will never ask for your password.
Questions and changes
Contact the board with any privacy questions. If this policy changes, we'll post an announcement.
